This is an undyed, coarse cotton, woven with jute string in a checkerboard pattern. The jute string gives the fabric some body and a slight stiffness.
*This fabric arrived to us folded in half along the length, so there is a fold line with discolouration (approx. 1cm wide) that runs down the middle of the fabric. There is 60cm of faultless fabric on either side of this line. The fabric has been reduced in price to reflect this. please see photos for details.
