Silky leaves Quilt Pattern-Ilene Bartos Designs

These wonderful little silk quilts are fused together and raw-edged appliqued by machine. They are surprisingly easy and fun to make. I have used leaves in various sized wall hangings and as a table runner, but you can easily add a leaf to other projects, such as a jacket or vest. The silk fabrics are fun to use and add a shine that you can’t get with cotton, although you can certainly use other fabrics if you wish

3 Leaf Wall Hanging: 8-1/2″ x 11″

1 Leaf Wall Hanging: 6-1/2″ x 8-1/2″
