Ties That Bind original pattern by Quilt Expressions. Quick and easy with strip piecing! You’ll need nine fat eighths (9″ x approx. 20″), 1-7/8 yard of a background fabric and 1 yard of a light fabric for the frames and dashes. Finished size is 55″ x 61″.
